Aran Progress

Yes, I have been working on it... sometimes, though, it's only been two rows at a time.  Sometimes, I haven't worked on it at all.  Now, that it's not so hot, I'll be tackling it again with full vigor and determination.  So.... here's where I am.....

Bible verse for a Rainy Day:
"So if you faithfully obey the commands I am giving you today—to love the LORD your God and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul then I will send rain on your land in its season, both autumn and spring rains, so that you may gather in your grain, new wine and oil".  Deuteronomy 11:13, 14

Hurricane Irene and a Little Acorn - Cutie PaTutie

Hurricane Irene blew by dropping tons O'Rain upon our heads.  Thankfully, we just got wet; no power outs or floods in our house.  Number One and S lost power at their Mountain House, so, along with Lady A, sojourned with us for a week.  In a moment of looking for something else to show to S, I came upon this little gem in the 'To Do' files.  So I Did.  From stem to stern, it measures 1.75 inches.  Visit pea soup for the recipe!  And whilst, there check it out!  How to make a bomb!  :)  Awesome!

Bible verse for today:
"For a good tree bringeth not forth corrupt fruit; neither doth a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. For every tree is known by his own fruit. For of thorns men do not gather figs, nor of a bramble bush gather they grapes."  Luke 6:43,44
